Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using StarLook ("the app", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

StarLook lets you upload a photo and transform it into a chosen style or "Look" using AI-based image generation. Generated photos are yours to view, download, and optionally share, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use StarLook.

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant StarLook a limited license to process it — including sending it to third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy — solely to generate the Look you requested.

You must only upload photos you have the right to use — either of yourself, or of others with their permission. You're responsible for the content you upload and for anything you choose to share publicly using StarLook's Share feature.

You own the photos StarLook generates for you, subject to these Terms and to the rights of any underlying photo you supplied. Photos generated in the app include a small StarLook watermark.

You agree not to use StarLook to:

• Upload photos of another person without their consent.
• Upload or attempt to generate illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload StarLook's systems or bypass any access controls.

We may suspend or restrict access to the app for anyone who violates these rules.

If you use StarLook's Share feature, the specific photo you choose becomes accessible to anyone with the resulting link. This is permanent — there is currently no way to un-share a photo once published. Only share what you're comfortable being publicly viewable indefinitely.

StarLook is free to browse. Creating photos uses credits, which you get by subscribing to one of our weekly plans (currently Pro and Ultra) through Google Play Billing.

• Price and billing. The price of each plan is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed to your Google Play account and renew automatically every week until you cancel.
• Credits. Each plan includes a number of credits every week, as shown in the app. A photo usually costs 1 credit; some Looks may cost more, and the cost is shown on the Cast Me button before you tap it. If a photo fails to generate, the credits used for it are returned.
• Credits expire weekly. Credits are valid for the weekly period they are issued for. Unused credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. When your subscription renews successfully, your credits for the new week are issued. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Introductory offer. New subscribers may be offered an introductory period (currently 3 days) at a reduced price, with a smaller number of credits. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts automatically to the regular weekly price shown in the app. An introductory offer can be used once per Google account.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (in StarLook, open Profile → Settings → Subscription Management). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan and your credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Changing plans. Moving between plans is handled through Google Play. Depending on the change, it takes effect immediately or at your next renewal.
• Refunds. Payments and refunds are processed by Google Play under its own terms and refund policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us at the address below and we will help you resolve it.
• Restoring. Your subscription belongs to your Google account. If you reinstall the app or use a new phone, tap Restore on the subscription screen to reconnect it.
• Promotional codes. A promotional code grants the credits described when it was issued. It has no cash value and may be withdrawn if misused.

Prices and plans may change from time to time; any change to a price you are already paying is handled under Google Play's rules, which may require your consent.

StarLook's app, branding, templates, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to StarLook's own intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the app as intended.

StarLook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results can vary in quality and accuracy, and we don't guarantee that any specific Look will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarLook and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to StarLook at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using StarLook at any time by uninstalling the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of StarLook after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
