Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using StarLook ("the app", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

StarLook lets you upload a photo and transform it into a chosen style or "Look" using AI-based image generation. Generated photos are yours to view, download, and optionally share, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use StarLook.

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant StarLook a limited license to process it — including sending it to third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy — solely to generate the Look you requested.

You must only upload photos you have the right to use — either of yourself, or of others with their permission. You're responsible for the content you upload and for anything you choose to share publicly using StarLook's Share feature.

You own the photos StarLook generates for you, subject to these Terms and to the rights of any underlying photo you supplied.

You agree not to use StarLook to:

• Upload photos of another person without their consent.
• Upload or attempt to generate illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload StarLook's systems or bypass any access controls.

We may suspend or restrict access to the app for anyone who violates these rules.

If you use StarLook's Share feature, the specific photo you choose becomes accessible to anyone with the resulting link. This is permanent — there is currently no way to un-share a photo once published. Only share what you're comfortable being publicly viewable indefinitely.

StarLook plans to offer subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Pricing shown in the app is informational and reflects plans that are not yet available for purchase — nothing is charged until Google Play Billing is live for StarLook, at which point subscription purchases, renewals, and cancellations will be governed by Google Play's own terms and billing system, and we will update these Terms accordingly.

StarLook's app, branding, templates, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to StarLook's own intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the app as intended.

StarLook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results can vary in quality and accuracy, and we don't guarantee that any specific Look will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarLook and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to StarLook at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using StarLook at any time by uninstalling the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of StarLook after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
